Description
Two papers relating to the 44 Old Boys and two masters from the Armidale School in Tasmania who lost their lives in the Great War. Provides background to the school prior to the war, plus the commemorative activities at the school. The second paper contains extracts from the school magazine as biographical notes and military career of each man. These papers were presented to the Armidale (NSW) and District Historical Society by Ian Johnstone in 1985.
