Rover Scouts, Changi POW Camp
Description
Collection consists of copies of the Proceedings of the Court of Honour minute book and Troop Meeting Record Book detailing the activities of the Rover Scout troops in Changi POW camp, 1943-1945, believed to be written and illustrated by VX28399 Sergeant Robert Charles "Loftie" Shelton, Log Keeper for the Changi Disctrict Rover Crew. Regular entries detail general scouting activities, performances, fund raising, lectures and future planning matters. The collection also contains images of artefacts and relics relating to the Rover Scouts of Changi POW Camp.
