Army audio visual 'Characteristics of the 81 mm mortar' training kit

Cardboard box containing 39 photographic slides in a rectangular plastic tray, 4 Instructor's notes, a lesson sequence, an equipment notes booklet, and reel of film. The collection formed a complete trainig kit to instruct students on the Characteristics of the 81 mm mortar. The box contains a warning on the inside lid advising instructors that the cost of producing the kit was $1200.

Used by the Australian Army in the 1970s to train students.
