Description
Diary relating to the First World War service of 622 Private Herbert Vincent Reynolds, 1st Australian Field Ambulance. In this diary, kept between 1 January 1916 and 19 January 1917, Reynolds details his convalescence in England in early 1916 and his return service on the Western Front in early 1917. Of particular note are the entries relating to the casualties of the fighting at Pozieres and Mouquet Farm.
