The Anzac Memorial opposite Gaza, inside the old Israeli border at Kibbutz Be'eri. Dedicated in April 1967, it was built by the Keren Kayemeth Leisrael (JNF) with assistance from Jewish communities in Australia and New Zealand to commemorate the Australian New Zealand Army Corps participation in the Second battle of Gaza in April 1917. The architect was Yedidya Eisenshtat.
