Group portrait of three officers that has been cropped from image P00997.01, a larger group portrait of the officers of the 37th Battalion. Identified from left to right: Captain (Capt) Ernest Simeon Wilson from Brunswick, Victoria; Capt William John Symons, VC also from Brunswick who had been awarded the Victoria Cross for gallantry at Lone Pine, Gallipoli; and Capt William Francis Robertson from Albert Park, Victoria (later Commanding Officer of the 37th Battalion).
