A section of the waterfront viewed toward the northern shore from the head of Milne Bay. The site of No 3 Airstrip (Turnbull) lies just below the high peak. This picture is taken from the site of the old Ladava Mission which is now the Naval Headquarters and known as HMAS Ladava.
