Mitsubishi Type 01 Navy heavy bomber
Description
British military training film B486, C486 on aircraft recognition (approved 1943) produced in conjunction with the Admiralty and Air Ministry by the Directorate of Army Kinematography. Photographed by Analysis Films Ltd. Using animated models and drawings, this film shows the main recogition features of the Japanese Navy Type 01 Attack Bomber Mitsubishi G4M (Allied code name Betty). A comparision is also made between the Type 01 and the Vickers Wellington.
