Description
Movietone News coverage of the arrival of Lord Louis and Lady Mountbatten in Canberra. Shows the Avro York passenger aircraft which flew from Singapore landing at Fairbairn airport. Lord and Lady Mountbatten are greeted at the airport. Government House Canberra, Lord and Lady Mountbatten meet the Governor General, the Duke of Gloucester and his family.
