Description
Leaving the troopship SS "Laconia" which had brought the Australian Army Nurses from Suez to Bombay, troops of the A.I.F and members of the Australian Army Nursing Service transferred to three smaller ships. The picture shows troops and nursing Sisters embarking on "Katoomba" at Victoria Docks, Bombay, India.
