Boating, Lake Chuzenji
Description
Australian troops boating on Lake Chuzenji, in the Nikko area of Japan, 80 miles north of Tokyo during leave stay at the "Lakeside Hotel", one of the British Commonwealth Occupation Force (BCOF) chain of leave hostels. The Nikko area is famed as a beauty spot and national park and contains much of interest to visitors.
