Army supply boats on assembly line
Description
The assembly line at Halvorsen's Yard, Ryde, Parramatta River, NSW, showing Australian and Norwegian shipwrights constructing high speed boats for the Australian and American armies. All the craft are of timber construction and range from Fairmile motor launches to fast supply boats and search and rescue launches for the RAAF.
