Description
Depicts a portrait of Frigyes Raffay, an Hungarian soldier in Gross-Born Army Barracks, Germany. Tibor Binder served in the Hungarian Army Artillery, was captured by the Americans and held a POW in Romelly and Mailly-le-Camp, France. A collection of watercolour drawings and pencil sketches done by the artist of fellow captives in a prisoner-of-war camp in France when captured by the Americans whilst in the Hungarian Army during the Second World War.
