The Armourer's shop
Description
Two men are inspecting the unit's rifles. The nearer is cleaning the bore and the other is inspecting the bore. Two cleaning rods hang on the side of the bench and rifles that have been finished have been placed on the right. A large tin of oil is on the floor. On the left is Lance Corporal Hugh Donald McCallum (VX75090), and on the right is Corporal Gilbert Wilfred Stoeckel (SX22371)
