A view of Suvla Bay, printed as a commercial postcard. Printed caption reads "Suvla Bay shewing Y.M.C.A. tent in foreground." Handwritten note on the reverse of the image reads: "North Beach ANZAC (not Suvla Bay) Shewing No1 ACCS." A further note, signed AG Butler, corrects ACCS to AGH.
From a collection relating to the service of Captain Piero Fiaschi, Australian Army Medical Corps, (later Lieutenant-Colonel, OBE), serving with the 1st Light Horse Field Ambulance in Egypt and as Regimental Medical Officer with the 3rd Light Horse Regiment at Gallipoli.
