Studio portrait of 4666 Corporal (Cpl) Harold Stanley Weller, 6 Battalion. Cpl Weller enlisted in Melbourne on 13 July 1915 and embarked for overseas service with the 6th Battalion on 28 January 1916. Cpl Weller sustained a gunshot wound to the chest in France on 26 July 1916. After recovering from his injuries, Cpl Weller was transfered to the Australian Army Pay Corps in January 1917. He returned to Australia on 20 June 1919.
