Studio portrait of 7th Engineer Edison Gordon Miller, Merchant Navy, of Teven, NSW. He was a crew member of HMAT Afric which was sunk by German U-boat UC66 in the English Channel on 12 February 1917. Miller and 21 others died. He was 23 years of age.
