Informal group portrait of soldiers on leave. Identified, left to right: J C 'Wolf' Griffin (possibly NX55254 John Charles Henry Griffin); NX29630 Robert Jack "Jeep" Triglone and NX15932 Darcey Denman Croft. Sgt Croft served initially with 2/1 Survey Regiment and B Troop, 2/3 Australian Flash Spotting Battery, RAA. Prior to enlistment he had three years experience with Hall and Company photographers, to March 1940.
