Studio portrait of 14609 Private (Pte) Oscar Leonard Godlee, 9th Field Ambulance, Australian Army Medical Corps (AAMC). A medical student of Prospect, South Australia, prior to enlistment, he embarked with General Reinforcements to the AAMC on 12 August 1916. Pte Godlee died of wounds on 7 June 1917, aged 22.
