A kiss From France
Description
Embroidered silk postcard made in France during the First World War. Of envelope design, this postcard features a bouquet of red, white and blue flowers tied with a blue ribbon. Small blue flowers, a red rose and the Union Jack also appear in the design. A small card insert features the message "Love and Kisses", illustrated with a picture of a cherub passing a basket of flowers down a cliff face.
