A French postcard depicting 'Lotte', a destroyed British Army Mk.IV 'Female' Tank captured by the German Army and used against French forces at La Pompelle on 15 July 1918. 80 British tanks were captured by the German Army during the Battle of Cambrai in late 1917, and were converted for their own use against the allies during the Spring Offensive in 1918.
