Description
A propaganda newspaper produced by the Far Eastern Liaison Office (FELO) during the Second World War. The item is written in Japanese and was distributed to the Philippines, Luzon, Mandalay and Singapore. An English translation of the text is attached. The leaflet is dated 14 January 1945 and reports the progress of the Allied attack on Luzon, the sinking of 25 Japanese ships off Indo-china, the advance of the Allied Forces on Mandalay and the bombing of Singapore. It also covers a new offensive by the Russian forces in Poland and the situation on the Western Front.
