Oval blue enameled badge the inscription around the edge 'COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA' and 'MUNITIONS ESTABLISHMENT'. In the centre 'NO' and stamped 'N84' on a brass panel. The reverse has a brooch pin and the inscription, 'ISSUED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF SUPPLY AND DEVELOPMENT', NOT TRANSFERABLE', 'WALLACE BISHOP BRISBANE'.
