Description

An Royal Australian Navy Helicopter Flight Vietnam (RANHFV) operation in Vietnam. R93754 Leading Airman Weapons (LAMW) Barry Todd, of Bassendean, WA, unloads 40mm grenades out of the launcher of a 'Taipan' gunship. RANHFV is attached to the US Army 135th Assault Helicopter Company, based at Black Horse Fire Support Base, Phuoc Tuy Province, Vietnam. Throughout their service in Vietnam members of RANHFV provided tactical airlift and gunship support for Australian and Allied ground forces.
