The Australian flag flying outside one of the accommodation tents at Camp Virginia, a multinational transit camp located approximately 45 minutes outside of Kuwait City. Note the Australian Light Armoured Vehicles (ASLAVs) parked in the background. Camp Virginia is a multinational transit camp approximately 45 minutes out of Kuwait City. It is the first and last check point for soldiers entering and leaving Iraq, and in 2005 the approximately 400 permanant staff processed around 340,000 troops.
