Description

An elevated view of Anzac Beach looking south showing the damage caused by the storm that struck on 17 November 1915. A number of barges were washed up, and piers have been damaged. All supplies on this beach were subsequently moved to North Beach or higher up on the constructed terraces. The damaged Watson's pier is in the centre.
