Description

Iraqi wrist watch with a photograph of Saddam Hussein. Chrome plated circular wrist watch with brown leather band. The face of the watch is white and is marked with the maker's name 'OMAX' and 'QUARTZ'. The hands are silver and stopped at ten o'clock with the second hand stopped near the six. The hour markers are represented by 'XII' at the 12, stick markers at the three and nine, and dot markers elsewhere. The five and six hour markers are obscured by a bust portrait colour image of Saddam Hussein which has been applied to the lower right quarter of the face. The band is a two-piece brown leather item with a small metal buckle and two loops. On the under surface of the band is impressed 'OMAX' and 'GENUINE LEATHER'. A green and gold label with the words 'OMAX IPG PLATING' is attached to the buckle by a piece of green string.
