An unidentified soldier from the 2nd Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (2RAR), sits and rests in a trench at the Seattle position in the area of The Hook, after the signing of the armistice. At the rear, Chinese soldiers are standing and sitting on top of the trench. A Chinese propaganda speaker has been set up on the edge of the trench.
