Description
Staugaitis speaks of his family and educational background; his role at 1st Australian Task Force base and in the civic aid programs in Phuoc Tuy Province; an interesting incident when he had to extract the tooth of a South Vietnamese woman; the need for more educational programs in dental health care in the area.
