Description
Souvenir program for a concert held to entertain troops returning to Australia after the First World War. This program is for three performances by the Rising Sun Concert Party aboard HMT Somali in early 1919. The concerts were held whilst HMT Somalia was 'homeward bound from the Great War'. The first concert was held on 18 January 1919 titled 'Farewell to Western Australians'. The second concert in this series, 'Farewell to South Australians', was held on 27 January 1919. The third concert, 'Our Anti-Flu Effusion', was held Saturday 1 February 1919.
