Description
GERMAN BOMBSIGHT, ADJUSTABLE, GRADUATED TO ALLOW FOR WIND AT ALL SPEEDS TO 70 KILOMETRES PER HOUR, AND FOR USE AT ANY HEIGHT UP TO 6000 METRES. FITTED WITH SMALL ELECTRIC LIGHT FOR NIGHT WORK.

This bomb sight would have been mounted onto the side of a light reconnaisance or bombing aircraft, and would have given the bomb aimer the ability to place his bomb on target using the aircraft's height and wind speed as the main variables.
