Description
Manufactured from medium weight creamy homespun wool in a 2/1 twill pattern. The breeches are constructed in two panels with a central seam of crude machine stitching. The breeches have a 3 metal button and single hook and slide front fly closure with cotton placket. The lower ankles have an open slit closure with two metal buttons and button holes. The button holes are hand worked. The waist has a same fabric waistband. At the back of the waist are two short adjustable belt tabs. There are two hip pockets with cotton linings. Applied at the front of each leg is an elliptical knee reinforcing pad.
