There is a pocket with a buttoned diagonal slit opening in the front of both hips. The one on the right side has a small tape loop above it. Between the pocket and the fly on the front right side is a small pocket for a fob watch. The concealed buttons on the fly and the ones on the waistband for braces are made from metal with a blue finish. Across the back of the waistband is a tape adjustment strap with a buckle. A pocket with a buttoned flap has been let into the right side of the seat. Just below it is another small pocket with a slit opening. Protective panels of padded and chevron-patterned ribbed suede have been sewn onto both inner legs. The cuffs, which are split to the knee, are fastened with small brown plastic buttons. The bottom edge of the cuffs are trimmed with lighter coloured cotton fabric.
