Unidentified Australian soldiers, probably from 4 Troop, B Squadron, the 3rd/4th Cavalry Regiment (3/4 Cav Regt), sit on top of an M113A1 armoured personnel carrier (APC), callsign 43B, to watch the 'Tour of Duty' concert. A soldier named Keefe is wearing a Santa hat, and a set of unofficial 'Battle Honours East Timor' has been written inside the APC with marker pen. The concert, being held at 'Stadiun Municipal Dili', the main stadium in the capital of East Timor, is providing entertainment to Australian members of the Australian led International Force for East Timor (INTERFET), who are spending Christmas in East Timor, and to a live television audience in Australia. Performers include Kylie Minogue and John Farnham.
