Alcazar d'Été, skating, Champs-Élysées [Alcazar d'Été skating on the Champs-Élysées]
Description
Four gentlemen in the back ground wear black top hats and tails watch on with amusement as a woman, dressed in a knee length skirt has fallen on her back with her roller skates in the air. This poster is advertising skating during summer. There is now roller skating every day at 2pm in the hall and every Friday evening there is a Gala with two orchestras. The Alcazar d'Été was a Café-concert which opened in 1869, located on the Champs-Élysées at 8 Avenue Gabriel in Paris, and closed in 1914.
