The Royal Airforce requires carpenters...
Description
A Royal Air Force recruitment poster issued just after the First World War to target carpenters. It features a central image of a carpenter, wearing brown overalls, fixing the wing of a RAF bi-plane. In the background is a hangar with the wings of another plane visible. Three planes are flying overhead in a bright blue sky. The image is set within an oval frame against a black background. The title and text in white and red lettering are positioned above and below the image.
