The image is in the top two thirds of the poster and depicts two young girls standing together and reading a blown up listing of the ' Laws of Health'. The taller girl in the foreground is wearing a red skirt and white shirt and carrying a basket containing milk and fresh fruit and vegetables. The second girl is wearing a blue and white outfit and also carrying fruit. The junior red cross motto ' I Serve' is positioned beneath the listing. The title text frames the image top and bottom.
