Admiral Sir Bruce Fraser RN, Commander of the new British Pacific Fleet pauses for a chat with WRAN driver, Gwen Hope, in Collins Street. With him are Commodore Edward Malcolm Evans-Lombe RN and Vice Admiral Charles Saumarez Daniel RN.
