To my dear mother from your loving son
Description
Embroidered silk postcard made in France during the First World War. This postcard has an envelope design featuring a central green and yellow pansy surrounded by small pale green and apricot flowers set into an intricate pattern of pale apricot swirls. Two smaller yellow and green pansies are set into the corners of the top half of the design. A small card insert features the message "A kiss from France".
