Gray, Euler Gladstone (Sergeant, b.1886)
Description
Collection relating to the First World War service of 8 Sergeant Euler Gladstone Gray, 2nd Australian Field Ambulance, AIF. Consists of one original handwritten diary kept by Sergeant Gray containing brief irregular entries from October 1914 through to December 1918, and relating to his service in Egypt, Gallipoli and France. The diary contains numerous names and addresses, some small pieces of prose, and brief diary entries. Also includes one French newspaper (kept in an envelope), dated 8 April 1880.
