Three volumes of personal diaries written by 5511 Sergeant Raymond Fairhurst Cormack, while serving with the 12th Australian Field Ambulance, Australian Army Medical Corps, primarily in French areas of Western Front. Diary covers 16 April 1916-17 October 1918. Other items in the collection include typed transcripts of diaries.
