Album with brown leather embossed cover containing 28 pages and 30 photographs. Most are offical photographs of 2/6 Australian General Hospital (AGH) at Rocky Creek, Queensland, in 1943. There are also wedding portraits of nurses and servicemen: QFX24233 Jocelyn (Joc) King-Harman and Richard Cameron; Nan and Ross Hutchins and TX8271 Ray Brisdee Batt and TX537 Lieutenant Leslie Erskine (Les) Gabriel. The album belonged to NX76519 Lieutenant Rita May Hind, Volunteer Aid Detachment (VAD) and Australian Army Medical Women's Service (AAMWS). Private records related to the service of Lt Hind are held by the Australian War Memorial at PR05505.
