Purpose: The role of the CMTTU was to train and discipline the Uganda National Liberation Army, which was formed after the overthrow of Idi Amin. Comments: The Commonwealth Military Training Team Uganda (CMTTU) consisted of a 36 man training team from seven Commonwealth countries. |
