Blood Donor: Don't Delay, Your Blood may Save a Soldier's Life...
Description
Issued by the British Government's Ministry for Health this poster encourages the viewer to donate blood for the war effort. The simple colours make it easy to read, and the depiction of a man in a flight cap and walking stick reinforces the message that injured soldiers are in need of the viewer's help. The blank gap on the poster allowed for it to be altered to display the details of the nearest blood donation centre.
