Description
Studio portrait of two men. On the right is 2357 Private (Pte) William George Bryson, 7th Reinforcements, 3rd Battalion, of Sydney, NSW, wearing a badge to denote that he is a qualified signaller. Pte Bryson enlisted on 2 April 1915 and embarked aboard HMAT Orsova on 17 July 1915. He was promoted to corporal and died of disease (influenza) on 28 January 1919 in Dartford, England.
