Description
Wheat's account of construction of submarine AE2, subsequent history and sinking. Experiences as a Turkish prisoner of war, work on Taurus Mountains Railway and two escape attempts. Also includes AC Nichols' account of prison life at Stefano. Original book form of diary is accessioned as 3DRL/2965.
