At Sea. Turkey. 26 April 1915. A view of some of the warships and other vessels off Ari Burnu, Anzac Cove, Gallipoli Peninsula. The Queen Elizabeth and seven other warships took the place of artillery and greatly encouraged the landing parties at Anzac Cove on 25 April 1915. In the afternoon a Turkish attack on Baby 700 was shattered by a few well directed heavy shells from the battleships.
