Identified, left to right, Front row: Probably 36712 Sergeant (Sgt) Colin Willian Thompson, Orange NSW (lost on operations in the Netherland East Indies on 26 April 1943), Sgt J. Gilbard, Sydney NSW, 403479 Sgt Frederick Roy Martin, Canberra ACT (lost on operations over France on 22 June 1942), probably 403504 Sgt (later Flight Sergeant) John Vincent Cruikshank, Sydney NSW (lost on operations in the Middle East on 10 July 1942).
