Ap Soui Nghe, South Vietnam. 1967. Vietnamese children reach out to Civil Affairs Officer, Lieutenant Ben Morris of Parramatta, NSW, as he distributes rulers and pencils in a refugee village near Vung Tau. These, together with books and soap, were donated under the organisation of the Defend Australia Committee, whose chairman is Mr Peter Frankel of Melbourne, Vic. (Black and white version held as COL/67/0094/VN)
