Bangalore, India. August 1944. The cross marking the grave of AUS420211 Warrant Officer (WO) Keith Knodler RAAF, an Australian pilot flying with No. 30 Squadron RAF, killed in a flying accident while converting (flying training) to Thunderbolts at No. 8 Thunderbolt Flying Unit.
